Built on the remains of a historic defensive structure at the edge of the medieval village, Santa Croce carries within its walls centuries of local history. After the devastation of the 1956 earthquake, the property remained in ruins for decades until its revival began in 2017, followed by a five year restoration process under the supervision of the Greek Ministry of Culture. Today, it stands as a living tribute to Santorini’s heritage, offering privacy, character and panoramic views over the island and the Aegean Sea.

Santa Croce Villa offers an exclusive 240 sqm indoor living environment for up to 10 guests, complemented by expansive outdoor terraces, sea and sunset views, and a unique spatial layout across two levels. The villa combines traditional Venetian and Cycladic architectural elements with rare antique pieces, restored historical objects and bespoke comforts, creating an atmosphere of timeless elegance and personalized luxury.

Ground Level

The ground floor is a restored historical space of 130 sqm, full of character, tranquility and architectural depth. It features a spacious living and dining area with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with traditional wood oven, one grand master bedroom, two cozy mezzanine sleeping spaces with double beds, and a distinctive ambiance shaped by the villa’s heritage. This level can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Second Level

The second level offers 80 sqm of refined accommodation, thoughtfully reconstructed in harmony with the villa’s original architectural form. It includes a double room, a double bed mezzanine, a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, and a spacious bathroom. With traditional furnishings and beautiful natural light, this floor accommodates up to 4 guests and offers a serene stay with exceptional island views.
